 Perhaps our greatest expertise lies in making and servicing FSA guaranteed loans. This is where FRCS and its self-made software come in. This is not the cumbersome software used by the FSA, or we would not be in business today. We designed the software to meet our needs in preparing and servicing FSA guaranteed loans.
FRCS can be of service to you in one of two ways:

If the FSA interest assistance program is being utilized, our software will illustrate cash flows with and without interest assistance on "all" combination of loans. Furthermore, our loan ledgers will track and split payments utilizing two different interest rates on the same loan (with and without interest assistance). We also prepare all I.A. claims, utilizing our own ledgers.
